We strictly utilize submitted data to:

• Facilitate stall allotment agreements, 3D architectural revisions, and invoice distribution.
• Deliver visitor entry QR codes, registration badges, and schedule alerts.
• Verify communication within our mandatory 7-day provisional booking window.
• Comply with municipal safety regulations and civil administration notifications.
