Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2026 • The Pak Events (Pvt) Ltd
If any person, brand, or business makes a booking or provisional reservation for an exhibition stall, pavilion, or delegate pass, they are required to establish communication and verify confirmation with The Pak Events management within seven (7) calendar days. If the applicant fails to communicate within this 7-day period, the booking automatically expires and becomes void, allowing the allocated booth space to be released back into the public inventory.
1. General Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the reservation, participation, exhibition, and attendance at all events, conferences, and consumer exhibitions organized, managed, or fabricated by The Pak Events (Pvt) Ltd (referred to herein as “The Pak Events”, “we”, “us”, or “management”). By submitting an application form, registering online, or making a stall reservation, you expressly agree to be bound by these provisions.
2. Exhibitor Stall Applications & Eligibility
Exhibitors must provide authentic business registration information and declare all product lines to be displayed. The Pak Events reserves the right to review and reject any exhibitor product or marketing display that violates Pakistani statutory laws, intellectual property rights, consumer protection guidelines, or ethical standards.
3. Allotment of Floor Space & Stall Locations
Stall allocations are confirmed strictly on a first-come, verified basis according to official hall layouts. The Pak Events retains the operational authority to adjust floor zoning or stall numbering when required for civil safety, fire corridor preservation, or building emergency egress.
4. Seven (7) Day Communication Window & Automatic Expiration Policy
4.1 Seven-Day Communication Rule: Any provisional booking, stall hold, or pass reservation submitted through our website, representative, or inquiry channel is held for a grace window of precisely seven (7) consecutive calendar days from the date of submission.
4.2 Automatic Expiration: The reserving party is contractually required to maintain active communication, respond to administrative requests, and provide the necessary verification or booking deposit within these seven (7) days. If no responsive communication is received from the reserving party within seven (7) calendar days, the reservation shall immediately and automatically terminate (“expire”).
4.3 Reallocation of Space: Upon the expiration of the 7-day period, The Pak Events is released from any commitment to hold the space and shall reallocate the reserved stall to waitlisted exhibitors without obligation to provide additional notices.
5. Payment Schedules and Cancellation
All verified stall allotments require compliance with the payment milestones detailed in the official agreement. Cancellations initiated by an exhibitor within 30 days of the scheduled exhibition date are strictly non-refundable due to pre-committed venue rentals and promotional fabrication outlays.
6. Venue Security & Safety Regulations
Exhibitors and visitors must adhere to safety protocols enforced by the venue authority (such as Expo Centre Lahore or Karachi Expo Centre) and local civil defense agencies. Possession of hazardous materials, open flames, or unauthorized sound amplification exceeding permissible decibel limits is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
The Pak Events shall not be held liable for failure or delay in organizing an exhibition resulting from acts of God, extreme meteorological events, civil unrest, statutory venue closures, or government restrictions. In such events, management will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the exhibition.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal dispute arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
